Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Address

Mirara will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to:

- incomplete address,
- incorrect phone number,
- or customer unavailability.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- take photos/videos immediately,
- contact us within 48 hours of delivery,
