At Mirara, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged item,
- a defective item, or
- the wrong product,
contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue at:

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/customized products
- Innerwear, beauty, or personal care items (if applicable)
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- damaged products,
- defective items, or
- incorrect products received.
For size exchange requests, contact our support team and we will assist based on product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
